Delhii Heights (the extra "i" is for illiterate!)

According to the annual Mercer Quality of Living survey, I reside in the world's 148th most liveable city (by measures of criteria related to health, sanitation, recreation, schools, housing, &c., and out of a total of 215 locales). Bottom of the heap, unsurprisingly, is Baghdad.

Take that, Chennai (no. 177)! Suck on it, Mumbai (no. 209)!

Possible city mottos, in recognition of this tremendous feat? Let's see...

Delhi: Proudly in the Third Quartile!
Delhi: Up Two Whole Places!
Delhi: Poor Waste Removal and Sewage Systems, But at Least the Americans Have Only Invaded Khan Market!
